I'm a retired business man, and I did not really need to use a lot of technology in my career. There was always someone else to take care of that.
How I Use Technology to Connect With Grandkids
I use an "online portal" (that's what the kids call it) to get all my photos, news, sports and videos. It is designed for guys like me to use the Internet with out a lot of typing. What I really like about this site:
A) I can keep up with pictures of my grand kids without all the crazy downloading, searching and myriad of different "techniques."
B) There is new information on hundreds of topics updated round the clock.
C) Everything is categorized for me. So if I want to check out hot cars, watch some funny videos, find out what's happening in the world or with Grandma (for that matter), it's easy for me.
Tips and Tricks
It would be nice to just let the technology go on without me, but this is not the case when it comes to my kids.
